On the third Thursday of every month, join Bob Powers (author of Happy Cruelty
Day) and Jason Reich (former writer for The Daily Show), as they welcome
the city's best humor writers for a night of wine-addled text-based hilarity. Jane
Borden is the author of I Totally Meant to Do That, a comic memoir of
moving from North Carolina to New York City which has been praised by
A.J. Jacobs, Mike Birbiglia, and Gary Shteyngart. Gabe Delahaye
is senior editor of Videogum.com, a blog devoted to movies, TV, and Web
videos that has earned a reputation as pop culture’s smartest virtual
watercooler. Mike Sacks is the author of the new book of humor
"Your Wildest Dreams Within Reason," as well as the book of interviews
with legendary comedy writers, "And Here's The Kicker." Jared
Bloom is one of the contributors behind The Full Ginsburg. He has
written for McSweeneys, Yankee Pot Roast, Opium Magazine, and the
Feathertale Review.
